The Beaujolais Jullié Blanc from Domaine de Boischampt winery is a fresh white wine made in Beaujolais from Chardonnay grapes. After spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with the sole use of indigenous yeasts, the wine ages 6 months in wood, acquiring softness and structure, which perfectly balance the fresh citrus notes perceptible both on the sip and on the nose. Flowing and easy to drink, it pairs perfectly with vegetarian or fish-based pasta dishes!
