The Beaujolais Jullié Blanc from the Domaine de Boischampt winery is a white wine of great freshness produced in Beaujolais from Chardonnay grapes. After spontaneous alcoholic fermentation using only indigenous yeasts, the wine ages for 6 months in wood, acquiring softness and structure, which perfectly balance the fresh citrus notes perceivable both on the palate and nose. Smooth and easy-drinking, it pairs perfectly with vegetarian first courses or fish dishes.
