The Beaujolais Village Blanc from Domaine de Boischampt is a fresh and fine white wine, produced in Beaujolais from organically grown Chardonnay grapes. After spontaneous whole cluster fermentation, the wine ages for a few months in steel, which helps maintain the freshness of its floral and citrus notes, accompanied by a pleasant saline vein that returns to the palate in a smooth and pleasantly mineral sip. An excellent wine to pair with fish-based dinners!
