Ardì' by Adriano Marco and Vittorio is a bold venture, an original creation from this winery that strongly promotes Piedmont's native grape varieties. This full-bodied white wine surprises with its explosive aromatic profile: sage, followed by a bouquet of lime blossom and acacia, giving way to pronounced notes of apricot and yellow peach. The palate reveals a decisive and persistent freshness, very dry. Excellent with spicy dishes but also with fruit-based dishes
