The Bianco Frizzante produced by the Emilia-based winery Paltrinieri is a true wine symbol of the territory. A dry and lively bottle, which thanks to its smoothness and immediacy of drinking, expresses in a straightforward way a genuine spirit, convivial and joyful. It comes from a rather unusual blend, featuring Trebbiano and Lambrusco di Sorbara vinified in white. The vinification in autoclave with the Martinotti or Charmat Method allows to enhance the varietal character of the grapes, valuing their fragrant and fruity profile, crossed by an intense freshness.
The white sparkling wine is the result of the passion and commitment of a winery that has long been able to stand out as one of the most interesting realities of the Emilia territory. Paltrinieri has been cultivating vineyards in the Modena area for almost a century, working with the typical grape varieties of the area, primarily with Lambrusco. The vineyards are cultivated in a particularly suited area located between the courses of the Panaro and Secchia rivers. Despite the passing of years and the the succession of generations, the winery has managed to preserve the artisanal face, which still distinguishes its wines today. The Paltrinieri labels are particularly appreciated by enthusiasts precisely because they express the best traditions of the territory in the name of quality.
The Bianco Frizzante Paltrinieri conquers for its expressive simplicity, for its agile and pleasant sip. It is the offspring of the great Emilian tradition in the production of sparkling and lively wines. The grapes of Trebbiano and Lambrusco di Sorbara come from the Vigneto al Cristo di Sorbara, planted in 1994 and characterized by loose soils that are quite rich in organic substances. At the end of the harvest, the grapes are pressed very gently and the must is vinified in steel tanks. The base wines are then transferred to autoclave for the sparkling process and the second fermentation with the Martinotti or Charmat Method. It presents a light straw yellow color, crossed by a fine and persistent perlage. The bouquet is fragrant and exuberant, with floral scents, citrus aromas and white-fleshed fruit.white. The sip is dry and sapid, with a fruit of good aromatic intensity and a very fresh finish. Ideal to enjoy in company at the time of the aperitif.
