Sauro Maule's 'Granselva' originates in Selva di Montebello, the location where the grapes come from and which inspired the name of the wine. It is a blend of Garganega grapes, a variety typical of the volcanic areas of Gambellara, and Durella, a native variety of the Lessini Mountains that gives freshness to the Garganega, making it more intriguing. The bouquet has hints of fresh white fruit, citrus zest and light floral nuances, with chalky notes. On the palate, it is taut, savoury and very fresh. It pairs perfectly with Vicenza-style salt cod
