The white wine Testolonga by Nino Perrino is the hymn to the territory and to the ancient tradition of Dolceacqua, with its hilly terraced soils that degrades on the sea and the air charged with saltiness. It is produced with maceration on the skins for 5 days and aged in old oak barrels. It expresses itself with mineral, marine, brackish and hydrocarbons tones. Artisanal Wine made with old style methods

The Bianco Testalonga by Nino Perrino is born from the passion of one of the most interesting and famous vignerons in Liguria. It is a white wine produced with a vinification that involves a skin maceration and subsequent aging. The result is an intense, rich, and complex orange wine that expresses the full Mediterranean and marine character of the area where it is produced.

The Testalonga Bianco wine is a product of the wonderful territory formed by the first hills that rise from the Ligurian coast of Ponente towards the mountainous inland. The Nino Perrino Winery is a small reality that produces wines outside of standard schemes. They are labels that still jealously preserve a craftsmanship characterization. It is a straightforward white with great character, showcasing all the artisanal side of Liguria. The grapes come from old vineyards meticulously cared for by hand, cultivated between the sea and the mountains, gently caressed by the sea breeze. The clusters are pressed by foot without destemming, and fermentation is initiated using only indigenous yeasts, without temperature control. The wine ferments on the skins for 5 days.

The Orange Wine Testalonga Bianco produced by the vigneron Nino Perrino is a rich and intense wine. It presents itself with a golden yellow color, with coppery hues and a slightly hazy appearance. On the nose, it expresses broad and dense aromas, with notes of yellow fruit, aromatic herbs of the Mediterranean scrub, citrus peel, iodized notes, and hints of hydrocarbons. On the palate, it is savory and mineral, with juicy fruit and a harmonious and persistent finish.
