The white wine Testolonga by Nino Perrino is the hymn to the territory and to the ancient tradition of Dolceacqua, with its hilly terraced soils that degrades on the sea and the air charged with saltiness. It is produced with maceration on the skins for 5 days and aged in old oak barrels. It expresses itself with mineral, marine, brackish and hydrocarbons tones.
