Baladin's 'Mama Kriek' is a fruit beer created by combining Wayan and griotte cherries, also known as sour cherries. The nose is dominated by fruity cherry aromas with an almost vinous nuance, faithfully anticipating what happens in the mouth, where the fruity component remains the protagonist. The palate is light and slightly sour, fresh and tart, with an agile and inviting profile. Excellent as an aperitif, it is ideally paired with dark chocolate desserts and red fruits, particularly a sour cherry tart
