Baladin's 'Suzy Dry' is the result of combining the recipe for Wayan, one of the brewery's iconic beers, with a generous addition of plums. It is a fresh and drinkable fruit beer, decidedly lively. The nose reveals white flowers and strawberry grapes, opening up to distinct hints of plum. On the palate, it is pleasantly vinous but decidedly drinkable, with a round mouthfeel and prolonged freshness. The beer pairs well with cold cuts and cured meats, or even fruit desserts
