The Blanc "Belleruche" is a white wine from the Rhône Valley made from indigenous varieties. It is fresh, smooth, and elegant, characterized by floral aromas with hints of apricot and white flowers. Harmony, roundness, dynamism, and freshness blend on the palate with great balance.

The French white "Belleruche" Blanc comes from the vineyards owned by the Michel Chapoutier winery located within the Cotes du Rhone denomination. It is a label that originates from a blend of different indigenous grape varieties, which, thanks to biodynamic vineyard management, are free to express themselves generously, through a recognizable style made of varied aromas and round and refreshing sips that satisfy the palate.

This "Belleruche" Blanc is the result of a skillful blend made by the Michel Chapoutier winery among different grape varieties, including Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Viognier, Clairette, and Bourboulenc. The vines of these varieties grow in a clayey and calcareous terroir, and among the rows, biodynamic farming practices are followed. Before vinification, a light skin maceration is carried out, and after the gentle pressing of the grapes, the must ferments in stainless steel containers at low temperatures. The aging phase also takes place in steel, lasting 5 months, at the end of which the bottling and marketing phase is carried out.

The "Belleruche" Blanc is a wine that presents itself visually with a bright and luminous golden yellow color. The range of aromas that spreads to the nose highlights a typically floral note, enriched by more fruity touches and hints of aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is full-bodied, equipped with a refreshing sip that facilitates the repetition of drinking; it finishes with a finish characterized by a slight aftertaste reminiscent of anise flavor. A white signed by Michel Chapoutier that is well suited for both aperitif time and throughout the meal, paired with appetizers and first courses of fish.
