Nicolas Therez's Blanquette de Limoux Nature Tradition is a Brut sparkling wine aged one to two years on the lees, and made from a blend of organically grown Mauzac, Chardonnay and Chenin. A fresh and dynamic wine with fine, persistent perlage and delicate aromas of citrus and white flowers on both nose and palate, it is ideal to drink as an aperitif!
