The Bolgheri Bianco 'Costa di Giulia' is an authentic expression obtained from Vermentino and Sauvignon. Without clarification before bottling, it whispers aromatic hints of hay, honey, and citrus. Wide and generous on the palate, it knows how to give its best after a short stay in the cellar

The "Costa di Giulia" is a Bolgheri Bianco that comes from a careful blend of Sauvignon and Vermentino, conceived and created by Michele Satta since 1997. The contribution of Sauvignon is fundamental for the final organoleptic result: it gives more character and structure, ensuring that broad and soft sip that Michele had in mind since the beginning of production. In short, it is a Tuscan white wine with remarkable aromatic personality, capable of further enhancing in the future, after a few years of aging in the bottle, reserving beautiful surprises.

The Bolgheri Bianco "Costa di Giulia" is made by the Michele Satta winery by combining 30% Sauvignon with 70% Vermentino. The harvest takes place between the beginning and the middle of September, and the bunches are taken to the facilities dedicated to winemaking to proceed with destemming. The grapes are then pressed slowly and gently, and the must settles for 2-3 days at a temperature of 4-5 degrees Celsius. After racking, fermentation begins, which takes place in steel at low temperatures for about a month. The aging takes place entirely in steel on the fine lees for six months. The wine is then bottled without any clarification.

The "Costa di Giulia" by Michele Satta develops in the glass with a typical straw yellow color. The nose offers refreshing aromas, where the fruit, particularly citrus, alternates with hints of honey and more herbaceous sensations. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, with a broad and enveloping sip that flows generously, ensuring a satisfying drink, from which a savory trail emerges. A label already ready to drink now, but which Michele Satta recommends tasting also in a few years, when it will have developed its maximum personality.
