La Peccatrice is a Bonarda sparkling wine from the Bisi Agricultural Company in Oltrepò Pavese. Soft and very pleasant, it is the product of spontaneous refermentation in autoclave. Its intense and persistent nose with hints of small red berry fruit and its great balance are characteristics that reflect the traits of their territory, still modestly regarded.
