The Bonarda Frizzante 'Tenuta Cassinello' from the Giorgi winery is a lively red wine typical of the Oltrepò. Immediate but very pleasant, it develops a slight effervescence as it matures. The nose releases fruity notes of fresh red fruits with slight floral hints. The bubbles tickle the nose and invite you to sip, balanced and with light tannin. Ideal with cured meats and first courses with meat sauce
