The Bonarda Vivace Tenuta il Bosco is a product that tells the story of the territorial enhancement carried out by the winery. It starts from a typical grape of the Pavese area, the Croatina, to create a fragrant label that engages the nose and palate with a sequence of fruity flavors and aromas, simple and direct. A slightly “pétillant” bottle that, precisely because of this characteristic, invites a frequent sip, demonstrating the excellent work done by the Tenuta il Bosco team. Among its many qualities, it is also a true wildcard at the table, perfect for brightening up the most convivial evenings spent with friends.
The Bonarda Vivace signed by Tenuta il Bosco is made from pure Croatina grapes, grown in the vineyards of Zenevredo, in the Oltrepò Pavese. The clusters are carefully selected during the manual harvesting phase and are immediately transferred to the winery's vinification facilities. Here, after destemming, which involves further qualitative selection of the grapes, the berries are gently pressed, and the must obtained ferments for the first time in stainless steel containers, then re-ferments in autoclave, following the principles that regulate the production of the Martinotti Method.
