"Les Pins Francs" from the Chateau Jean Faux winery is a Bordeaux Blanc from the Saint-Emilion area. It is made from a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon that are pressed in whole clusters and fermented with indigenous yeasts in steel tanks. On the nose, there are hints of ripe white fruit, such as peach, apple, and tropical fruits, accompanied by a floral finish. On the palate, it develops rich and full-bodied, with a persistent structure and excellent freshness.
