The Bourgogne Blanc "Origines" by Albert Bichot is a wine that comes from a blend of grapes from various prestigious areas of Burgundy, all characterized by the typical clay-limestone soil. The refined aromatic profile releases notes of citrus, intense white flowers, and pleasant honeyed and lactic hints. On the palate, it offers vibrant freshness, balanced by a seductive roundness typical of wood aging. Excellent both with fish and delicate white meat dishes.
