Jean Claude Boisset's Bourgogne Chardonnay 'Ursulines' is part of a selection that combines five different wines selected from the winery's best growing areas. After a brief period in barriques, this white wine is ready for bottling. The nose opens with citrus and hints of apple, while the palate is striking for its immediate freshness. The palate weaves a subtle mineral texture and great freshness. Excellent with lemon and asparagus risotto
