The Pinot Noir from Faiveley is a medium-bodied red wine of great elegance, born from the vineyards of the Côte de Nuits in Burgundy and aged for about a year in oak barrels. Delicate and fragrant aromas of fresh red fruit emerge from a rich aromatic texture, supported by fine and round tannins.

The Bourgogne Pinot Noir from Domaine Faiveley is a medium-bodied red that well represents the high quality of Burgundy wines. It is a label that comes from a selection of grapes sourced from various plots cultivated in Cote-de-Nuits. Although it cannot boast the title of Premier or Grand Cru, it demonstrates the absolute level of excellence of Burgundy Pinot Noir and its extraordinary typicity. It represents the perfect bottle to approach this famous terroir before dedicating oneself to tasting the individual Crus.

The red Bourgogne Pinot Noir is produced by one of the most important and largest Domaines in Burgundy. Faiveley manages, in fact, plots in various areas: Nuits-Saint-Georges, Gevrey-Chambertin, Pommard, Volnay, Puligny-Montrachet, Mercurey with many Premier and Grand Cru of absolute prestige. In addition to vinifying each plot separately, it also produces a label that is the result of a blend of grapes from various areas of Cote-de-Nuits, simpler and more immediate, with great harmony and pleasantness. After fermentation, the wine matures for a period of 12-14 months in French oak barrels and concludes the refinement with a few months in bottle before being released on the market.

The Bourgogne Pinot Noir produced by Domaine Faiveley represents the entry-level label into the world of great Burgundy wines, ideal for starting to savor the elegance and finesse typical of this historic terroir with timeless charm. The color is bright ruby red. On the nose, it opens with delicate floral aromas, small red berry fruits, and spicy nuances. On the palate, it has a good structure, with an elegant and evolved tannic texture, aromas of good expressive richness, and a pleasantly fresh and persistent finish.
