The BVL of Quartomoro is a Sardinian red wine made from Bovale Grande grapes harvested from bush vines on their own roots over 90 years old. It emanates balsamic and marine aromas and on the palate reveals intensity, elegance, warmth and aromatic concentration. Aged for 6 months in steel and old barriques

contact with the skins for 7 days, during which manual punch downs are performed. The wine then spends a semester maturing both in steel and in fourth passage barriques.

The Bovale “BVL - Memore di Vite” by Quartomoro presents itself to the eye with a decisive ruby red color, crossed by some reflections that tend more towards garnet at the rim. Rich and layered on the nose, offering balsamic and marine hints followed by fruity and spicy notes. Intense on the palate, drawing a round and enveloping sip in which the warmth “cuddles” the palate with softness. It ends with a long finish. A label that arises from the desire to experiment, innovate, and share from the winery, which has always been attentive to enhancing the indigenous grape varieties of the island.
