The Bovale “BVL - Memore di Vite” by Quartomoro presents itself to the eye with a decisive ruby red color, crossed by some reflections that tend more towards garnet at the rim. Rich and layered on the nose, offering balsamic and marine hints followed by fruity and spicy notes. Intense on the palate, drawing a round and enveloping sip in which the warmth “cuddles” the palate with softness. It ends with a long finish.
