The "Brichet Frizzante .. of course" by Casa Coste Piane is a semi-sparkling wine from the Veneto region of the Treviso hills. Based on Glera and Verdiso, it is obtained from a historic vineyard located in the Combai di Miane locality and its name aims to pay homage to the old owner: it is organoleptically expressed with vivacity and brio, releasing aromas of fresh grapes, green apple and wild flowers. Artisanal Wine, made with old style methods

owner of the vineyard. The soil is stony-silty, not very fertile, and for this reason favors a more concentrated ripening of the grapes. The fermentation is spontaneous through indigenous yeasts and is carried out almost entirely. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the ancestral method, before being bottled with a crown cap.

The wine “Brichet Frizzante... naturally” signed by Casa Coste Piane presents itself to the visual analysis with a pale greenish-yellow, not clear, but with a slight haze. The foam is consistent and persistent. To the olfactory analysis, it is a burst of freshness and lively notes of ripe grapes and fresh field flowers, with more acidic aromas of green apple and fragrances reminiscent of bread crust. On the palate, the effervescence becomes creamy and soft, while the pronounced sapidity intertwines in a balanced way with freshness. It is a juice that gives a finish of yeast and ripe fruit: it has a distinctive character and speaks of the authenticity of the Valdobbiadene territory.
