The Cabernet Franc from the I Mandorli winery is a red wine with an international cut but the soul belonging to its homeland: Tuscany. This label is made with spontaneous fermentations using only indigenous yeasts and a long aging of 12 months in wood, 6 months in vitrified cement, and finally 8 months in bottle. The color is intense ruby red, and on the nose, notes of red berry fruit, spices, and Mediterranean hints emerge. The taste is decisive, broad, complex, warm, with a long and balanced finish.
