From our sommeliers

The Cabernet Franc by Muzic is a medium-bodied red wine from the Isonzo area, aged partly in steel and partly in oak barrels. Aromas of berries and spices blend with varietal nuances of wild herbs and humus. The sip is dry, fresh, fruity, and spicy, with good balance.

maceration on the skins of about 6 days. Subsequently, the wine is racked with pressing of the skins, after which it remains in aging for part in stainless steel tanks and for the rest in oak barrels for a period of at least 12 months before proceeding to bottling and subsequent marketing.

The Cabernet Franc from the Muzic winery presents itself visually with a bright ruby red color with slight violet reflections. On the nose, it reveals intense aromas of ripe red fruit and berries, including cherry, raspberry, sour cherry, and strawberry, herbaceous and floral notes of wildflowers, vegetal hints of bell pepper, and slight undertones of humus. On the palate, it is dry, medium-bodied, and of medium structure, characterized by a lively freshness and a present and well-integrated tannin. This Cabernet Franc from the Muzic winery is a red with clear and well-defined contours, more aggressive in youth but still juicy, spicy, and possessing excellent balance.
