The Cabernet Sauvignon Blanc "Moser Family" by Chateau Changyu Moser XV is a peculiar and distinctive white wine. It is an experimentation of one of the first Chinese wineries, a Chateau born from the collaboration with the Moser family: a white produced with non-macerated Cabernet grapes. An original choice that manages to express a terroir like that of Ningxia. Red apple, white flowers and slight hints of vanilla surprise the nose, while the palate is intense, with great persistence. Perfect with intense fish dishes, an original wine from the 'new' New World of wine
