The Cabernet by Volpe Pasini is a red wine from Friuli with pleasant freshness and good tannins produced in the Colli Orientali from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc grapes. It is aged in steel and shows a medium-bodied structure, with good acidity and pleasant tannic component, enriched by typical herbaceous hints, vegetal touches, aromas of small red fruits, and floral notes
