The Cannellino di Frascati "Diciassette Undici" by De Sanctis is a Muffato wine that comes from the slow dehydration of grapes on the vine thanks to the development of noble rot on them. Intense golden yellow, notes of honey and citrus, pungent and fresh.

The "Diciassette Undici" De Sanctis is a sweet muffato wine that captures all the brightness of the Frascati territory, not far from Rome, often forgotten in the national wine scene. The De Sanctis winery skillfully combines cutting-edge technologies with the treasure received from decades of agricultural processing history from previous generations. All this with a strong focus on the environment and the quality of the grapes produced, in an integrated system of virtuosity aimed at preserving and developing the most natural possible growth of the plants. Even the architecture of the winery itself has been designed to reduce environmental impact, starting from the materials and the buried geothermal system.

The "Diciassette Undici" De Sanctis is primarily produced with Malvasia Puntinata and smaller percentages of Greco and Trebbiano, on volcanic mineral soils. The vineyards are southeast-facing and are located at 250 aged.
