The Cannonau "Caòr" by Quartomoro is an elegant and expressive Sardinian wine, born in the territory of Dorgali, aged for 6 months in steel and old barriques. The aromatic profile is crossed and animated by balsamic, spicy, and fruity nuances. The sip is soft, enveloping, and balanced, with excellent clarity

The Cannonau "Caòr" by Quartomoro is a wine with a round and harmonious profile, endowed with the softness expected from this type. The nose is engaged in a rhythm of both bold and refined aromas, while the mineral taste tells the story of the granite of the terroir where the roots of Cannonau are anchored, a variety cultivated always with a view to "naturalness" and harmony with the surrounding environment of the vineyards. A classic red from the island, perfect for pairing with a quality grilled dish.

Quartomoro Cannonau is born from vines rooted in sandy soils, originating from granitic disintegration. We are near Dorgali, a territory strongly suited for the cultivation of this grape variety. After the pressing of the grapes, fermentation of the must begins at controlled temperature in steel, with a maceration in contact with the skins lasting 7 days, during which various manual punch downs are carried out. The wine then matures in steel and in fourth passage barriques for six months, at the end of which the wine is ready.to be bottled and marketed.

The Cannonau of Quartomoro presents itself to the eye with a typically ruby color. Concentrated and captivating is the ensemble of aromas that embrace the nose, where touches of well-ripened red fruit alternate with hints of aromatic herbs and more spicy notes, especially evident at the end of the olfactory analysis. The sip is enveloping, with good structure, adept at making its way with an elegance centered on a refreshing savory vein. It finishes with a good palate persistence. A bottle that tells the heart of Sardinian viticulture, marked by beats that trace the profile of highly suited vineyards, where biodiversity and respect for the environment are foundational elements of a production that respects the territory.
