Casa Setaro's Caprettone 'Aryete' is a real gem from the winery, a native white wine made from ungrafted vines that ferments in amphorae and tonneaux: a truly unique expression of Vesuvius! The nose reveals aromas of broom and cedar, with marine and balsamic notes on the finish. The palate is smooth, savoury and long, marked by elegant balance and lively freshness. Perfect with seafood dishes and fresh cheeses, it pairs well with sea bream in crazy water
