"Carminium" is an embracing and pleasant red made from Carmenere grapes produced in the Colli Berici of Vicenza. Aged for 12 months in new and used barriques, it reveals a fresh, linear, and soft profile, with silky tannins, enriched by a bouquet of dark fruit, dried plum, cherries in spirits, spices, aromatic herbs, and light hints of vanilla.
