Bisol's Cartizze Dry is the sparkling wine for great festivities. Coming from the most renowned area of Valdobbiadone, it is the ideal bottle to uncork in the company of friends and good food, versatile in its combinations; always a refined and elegant choice. Produced by one of the most historic and well-known family wineries for Prosecco production, its taste fully reflects this unique territory, enclosed between the Dolomite chain on one side and the Adriatic Sea on the other, where the Glera grape finds its greatest expression.

Bisol Cartizze Dry is produced with a majority of Glera grapes, their vines planted in deep, rocky soils on hills 300 metres above sea level. Manual harvesting makes it possible to best preserve quality, which once in the winery it start the vinification process according to the Charmat method, during which the wine remain on the lees for at least 30 days before being bottled. This helps the development of a light, persistent perlage, and fresh aromas of flowers and white fruits, typical of this grape variety, are perfectly integrated with the creaminess and softness conferred by its stay on the lees.

Dry Cartizze Bisol presents itself in the glass with a luminous yellow colour with almost golden hues. It has intense aromas of green apple, pear and white peach with floral and citrus notes. In the mouth it is crisp and fresh, but characterised by a pleasant creaminess that makes it perfectly harmonious, elegant and drinkable at the same time. A Prosecco Superiore, ideal for an aperitif with great personality, but which can also accompany the entire meal. It should be served with raw and cooked fish dishes, vegetables and shellfish, as well as fresh cheese or white meat.
