'Casina' from the Edoardo Sderci winery is a Tuscan Sangiovese perfect to accompany a platter of cold cuts in the company of friends. It is made with a small percentage of Canaiolo grapes and a vinification process using only indigenous yeasts. The brilliant ruby red colour illuminates the glass while aromas of red fruits and spices intoxicate the nose. The sip is agile, juicy, lively and jaunty
