Cassiano di Manincor is a red wine of great character obtained from a blend of various international grape varieties from the Caldaro area, fermented with its own yeasts and aged in barriques for 16 months. The aromatic profile is characterized by fruity, spicy, and herbal tones, while the taste profile is full and flavorful, with notable elegance, marked by good freshness and soft tannins.
