Chablis Premier Cru Vaillons by Louis Moreau is a fine and brilliant French white wine from Chardonnay grapes, aged for about 8 months in stainless steel tanks. It smells of pear and green apple pulp, vanilla and pastry, with balsamic and refreshing hints of anise, while on the palate it is balanced and crystalline freshness, flavor and minerality, with a persistent fruity finish.
