CHAMPAGNE BRUT PREMIER CRU AUBRY DESCRIPTION

The Champagne Brut Premier Cru is one of France's most famous sparkling wines, a symbol of the Aubry winery. It is produced from Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir grapes, cultivated in the prestigious villages of Jouy-lès-Reims, Pargny, Villedommage, and Coulommes-La-Montagne, all nestled in the heart of the Montagne de Reims, where the Maison has brought back to life the precious and classic vineyards. It is a Champagne of great class and elegance, meticulously studied by Pierre and Philippe, the current owners, who aim to achieve high quality, pure, and classic expressions based on simple ingredients and a typical and unmistakable style. It is a Champagne with a very long and glorious history, which takes us back to the past in every sip.

Aubry's Premier Cru Champagne is born from blending wines from the three characteristic grape varieties, always respecting tradition but with some hints of originality compared to the standardizations that similar interpretations encounter in the region. The plots of base wine are carefully dosed by the cellar master and age in oak barrels. Once the cuvée is assembled, the bottling process takes place, a crucial moment for this type. Depending on the vintage, it rests on the lees for 18 to 24 months before being disgorged and dosed according to the secret recipe.

Aubry Champagne Premier Cru Brut has a golden yellow chromatic intensity, with exuberant foam and a fine and persistent perlage. Mineral and yeasty notes accompany both the olfactory and gustatory experience. Additionally, fruity undertones range from lemon to peach pear to apple. It is lively, fresh, and savoury on the palate, with remarkable structure and an exciting persistence suitable for the finest occasions.
