The Champagne "Sir Winston Churchill" is the most famous and important cuvée of the legendary maison Pol Roger, which, with its elegance and personality, embodies the spirit of the historic British Prime Minister. It is born from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir that ages on the lees for almost 10 years. The elegant aromatic spectrum is composed of dried fruit, citrus and hints of dry pastry, with a trail of honey. The palate is creamy and noble, playing on sensual and elegant sensations of almond and yeast, stretching into a finish of remarkable elegance
