Paul Bara's Champagne Rosé is the result of Bouzy Grand Cru grapes with the addition of red wine from old vines, which gives it characteristic hints of red fruits and pepper, typical of Pinot Noir. On the palate it is rich, smooth, juicy, fruity and elegant, with a good persistence
