Christophe Lefèvre’s ‘Cuvée Clément’ Champagne is one of the ‘maison’s’ most refined and prized wines. It is affectionately nicknamed ‘the little tin’ by the producers, due to its pewter label. A blend dominated by Pinot Meunier, it is produced only in the finest vintages and rests on the lees for at least ten years before disgorgement. The result is a bouquet of great complexity, with notes of candied fruit, vanilla and honey. On the palate, it is round, subtle, generous and opulent, yet in a delicate and fresh manner, with extraordinary length. The ideal companion for foie gras or a special occasion aperitif

Colour:
A deep golden yellow, with amber highlights and a fine effervescence
Scent:
Complex, with notes of dried apricot, candied orange, vanilla and acacia honey, and a dessert-like finish
Taste:
Round, exceptionally smooth, complex and remarkably fresh, with a very long finish
