The Champagne Brut Nature 'Fauve' Famille Delouvin is a fragrant and characterful Champagne made from Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. The Meunier does not undergo malolactic fermentation, keeping intact its distinct freshness, which stands out on the palate in a taut, sharp sip with good acidity. Citrus, floral and green apple notes on the nose are accompanied by delicate herbaceous hints. A fine, lively bubble to pair with a plateau of crudités
