"Austral" is the Champagne Blanc de Noirs from Clandestin, a small and prestigious winery in the Aube region born from Vouette & Sorbée and Benoit Doussot. Made with only 100% Pinot Noir grapes, it comes from a small plot resting on Kimmeridgian soil and spreads aromas of fresh fruit, sensations of bread crust, and hints of pastry. The sip is rich in tension and dynamism with a mineral and citrus profile.
