Lallement Massonot's Champagne Brut 'Soleil d'Eden' is a refined, Pinot Meunier-dominated blend with grapes harvested from prestigious Premier Cru around Reims, to which reserve wines are added to give complexity and a touch of evolutionary aromas: on the nose, there are intense hints of peach combined with pleasant sensations of candied citrus fruit. On the palate, it is intense, ample, the sip generous and soft, a truly fine sparkling wine
