The Dom Pérignon "Vintage" is a great Champagne, synonymous with prestige, luxury, and elegance. It is born from a refinement of at least 72 months on the lees in the bottle and expresses itself in a rich bouquet of candied fruits, fresh fruit, toasted notes, and spices. The tasting is energetic and very intense, velvety and creamy, of great class

The Dom Pérignon Brut Champagne is probably the most famous sparkling wine in the world, a prestigious label that has become an international benchmark, synonymous with luxury and French excellence. Its name evokes the mythical and legendary Benedictine monk of the 1600s to whom tradition attributes the invention of Champagne and is still produced in the historic Benedictine abbey of Hautvillers.

The modern history of Dom Pérignon "Vintage" Champagne began in 1936, when Robert-Jean de Vogue, president of the Moet & Chandon house, decided to create a bottle that was unparalleled, selecting the best reserves from the 1921 harvest. Since then, Dom Perignon has always been a Vintage Champagne produced only in the best years. The production today is overseen and directed, from the harvest to marketing, by chef de cave Richard Geoffroy, considered one of the best masters in the art of blending. The grapes for production come from the Grand Cru owned by the Maison, to which is added a portion of Pinot Noir grown in the vineyards of the abbey of Hautvillers, classified as Premier Cru. The vinifications take place in steel, with complete malolactic fermentation, and the aging on the lees in the bottle lasts for over 6 years. All this to create a sparkling wine with body, complexity, structure, and above all class, with a aging potential of over 30 years. Each bottle represents a unique and prestigious piece, and no vintage is the same as another, yet it always confirms itself as one of the most significant and emblematic oenological expressions in the world.

From the olfactory approach, the Dom Pérignon Vintage Brut Champagne is intense, rich, and complex, with a typical minerality in the foreground accompanied by a symphony of candied fruit, citrus, honey, toasted spices, and much more. Gradually, the notes from the Chardonnay grapes reveal themselves, pleasantly buttery, warm, and enveloping. On the palate, it reveals impeccable balance, played between the creamy finesse of the bubbles, the roundness of the body, the mineral freshness of the terroir, and the richness of the taste, always noble and composed, never excessive. It is alabel of historical relevance and of the highest quality level: a magic in Magnum format that never ceases to amaze and that encapsulates the secret charm of that first cuvée crafted by Abbot Pierre Pérignon back in 1668.
