A Champagne of great quality, longevity ensured by the Magnum format
The Champagne Classic Brut is the most famous and representative label of Deutz, a historic Champagne house, synonymous with reliability and safety. It is a Classic Method, in Magnum format, showcasing the most appreciated and emblematic characteristics of the type: great balance, fine and velvety perlage, fruity and floral aromas, and lively freshness. An impeccable bottle, successful and prestigious, now known worldwide for its unmistakable style that expresses the truest essence of Champagne. For this reason, it is particularly appreciated because in its simplicity and pleasantness it embodies the most classic characteristics of the world of prestigious French bubbles.
The Champagne Brut Classic Deutz is produced from the three typical grape varieties of the area in equal proportion: the freshness of Chardonnay combined with the fruity aromas of Pinot Noir and the structure of Pinot Meunier. The grapes are selected from the various company crus near Ay and the musts ferment in steel, where they also undergo malolactic fermentation. A maturation of 36 months on the lees in the bottle completes the production process and ensures the most complete and mature expression.
The Brut Classic Magnum by Deutz radiates the glass with a beautiful intense golden color, enhanced by an abundant and fine perlage. On the nose, it expresses soft and mineral notes and fruity and floral tones, with slight hints of the pastry and bakery world. The tasting profile is anchored on a strategic and vibrant freshness that leads to a pleasant and silky tasting experience. Pleasant, clear, and clean are the adjectives that best represent it, and indeed Thierry Hamon, a famous English sommelier, said of it: “the Brut Classic is like an opera overture, an epicurean moment that inaugurates a special and shared moment.”
