The Champagne “L’Opiniatre” is the flagship of Mouzon Leroux: a Vintage Blanc de Blancs from the Grand Cru of Verzy with great complexity and richness. It is produced with wooden vinification and aging on the lees in the bottle for over 60 months. It has aromas of flowers, fruit, citrus, chalk, vanilla, toasted bread and much more. On the palate, it confirms to be rich, intense, savory, fresh and mineral, with a long persistence.
