"Essentiel" Champagne represents the style and essence of the Piper Heidsieck maison. It is made with an assembly of young wines and reserve wines and aged for at least 4 years in the bottle. Golden in color with delicate perlage, it spreads notes of citrus, apple, dried fruit, mineral notes and hints of pastry. The sip is creamy, round and taut, with a lively and elegant freshness
