The Champagne Extra Brut "Eveil" is made from 100% estate-grown Maison Dupont grapes from different plots in the Champagne region. It matures for 3 years in the bottle on the lees and is creamy, silky and generous, with good tension and sustained perlage, with a rich and complex aromatic palette, among which emerge aromas of hazelnut, honey, spices, lemon and lemon balm.
