Eric Taillet's Champagne Extra Brut 'Reinassance' is an emblematic wine of the winery. Made from only Meunier grown on clay soils, it is a sparkling wine that aims to express the full potential of this grape variety often considered minor. After 6 years on the lees, this wine develops a complex aromatic bouquet of ripe fruit and toasted, sweet hints. Mineral and iodine notes entice the sip, and the palate is dense, complex and elegant.
