The Champagne Rosé Brut 'Influence' by Minière F&R precisely expresses the terroir of Hermonville, in the heart of the Montagne de Reims. The winery is run by the two brothers Frédéric and Rodolphe, the fourth generation of winemakers who have based their work on rigor, precision, and enhancement of individual parcels. In this cuvée, Pinot Meunier is predominant, accompanied by Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, with an addition of 6% of Pinot Noir vinified in red, which decisively contributes to the structure and character of the wine. The winemaking involves an 8-month aging on fine lees in oak barrels, while the aging on the lees lasts for another 30 months, defining its depth and balance. On the nose, it opens with notes of small red fruits, fresh flowers, and delicate spicy nuances, in an elegant and finely articulated texture. On the palate, it stands out for its softness and continuity, supported by well-integrated freshness and a precise and persistent finish. Excellent paired with the local 'Jambon de Reims en gelée'
