The Tradition by Jacky Charpentier is a smooth and well-balanced Champagne, produced maily from Pinot Meunier grapes. It has an harmonic, fruity and expressive aromatic profile, with notes of citrus and candied fruits and toasted hints. The taste is round, cremay, fresh and balanced

The Tradition is a French Champagne Brut with which Jacky Charpentier presents himself to the public. It represents the first essential step before venturing into a range of interesting products, from which the skill and craftsmanship of the maison's team emerge. A fine and subtle bubble, very versatile in the kitchen, that captivates thanks to a pleasantly fresh drink and a harmonious array of aromas. A bottle to always have on hand, to celebrate the most diverse occasions.

The Champagne Brut Tradition signed by the maison Jacky Charpentier is born from a blend where, alongside Pinot Meunier, we also find a small percentage, 5%, of Pinot Noir. The grapes of these two varieties are carefully selected during the harvest phase to ensure only the best of the terroir of origin, the Vallée de la Marne. Once in the facilities dedicated to winemaking, the grapes undergo a first fermentation in steel containers, also performing malolactic fermentation. Then we proceed with the blending of the two wines, and the the refermentation takes place, as per the practice for the Champenoise Method, in the bottle, where the Champagne remains in contact with the lees for a period of about 20 months. Once this maturation is completed, the procedures for disgorging, dosage, bottling, and marketing begin.

This Tradition is a Champagne Brut that, in the glass, presents itself with a color reminiscent of golden yellow, characterized by a fine and persistent bubble. The nose is decidedly expressive, organized on an olfactory progression that, starting from fruity and citrus notes, shifts towards sensations that recall yeasts and toasted aromas. Creamy on the palate, it announces itself in the mouth with an enveloping and drinkable sip, characterized by a beautiful vein, savory and fresh. A very gastronomic bottle, which is enjoyed both at aperitif time and throughout the meal, accompanying delicate fish-based dishes.
