The Chardonnay “Armason” from La Bollina is appreciated from the very first moments that guide the tasting for its drinkability. We are faced with a product that comes from a varietal, Chardonnay, whose components of “roundness” are enhanced by a precise processing that involves the use of barriques both during vinification and in the maturation phase that concludes the production process. A wine that opens on the palate with immense softness, conquering it sip after sip.

“Armason” La Bollina is made from Chardonnay grapes grown in clay-rich vineyards with good exposure. The clusters, harvested when they reach optimal ripeness, are immediately taken to the facilities designated for vinification, to avoid oxidation problems. They undergo careful destemming, soft pressing, and static decantation at low temperature. The fermentation of the must takes place in both stainless steel containers and barriques. This sort of splitting continues even during the final aging, which lasts a total of 6 months and is carried out 60% in new barriques and 40% in steel tanks.

The Chardonnay “Armason” from the La Bollina winery presents itself to the eye with a concentrated hue reminiscent of straw yellow, crossed by light flashes that tend more towards gold.
