The Chardonnay of Attems is a white wine with a fruity profile, which stands out for its vertical, enveloping sip. Vinification involves fermentation at low temperatures in steel, with a fifth maturing instead in second-passage barriques, all without malolactic fermentation. Re is a round but fresh wine, with aromas of quince and citrus fruits, as well as hints of vanilla. The palate is soft, enveloping and persistent with toasty hints
